Progressive Tools
Multiple operations, Greater efficiency
Our Progressive Tools range is capable of performing two or more operations at different stages in each stroke. The stock strip is advanced through a series of stations that form one or more distinct press working operations on the strip to get the component, ensuring a bright and fine finish.
Stamping
All sizes, all shapes
Our Stamping process consists in placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool and die surface forms the metal into a net shape. It includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching using a machine press or stamping press.
Lasercut

2D and 3D laser cutting technology allows us to deliver perfect results, regardless of the level of complexity that each piece requires, from flat sheet metal to elements with three-dimensional modelling.
Bending
We can shape any challenge
We are equipped with a family of state-of-the-art Bending and Folding Machines, capable of responding efficiently and quickly to all needs. Whether it's V-shaped, U-shaped or any other shape, metal has no secrets for us.
Welding

Whether robotised or with the precision of our experienced welding technicians, this is a critical phase for a perfect end product, from preparation to cooling and solidification.
Painting

In dedicated paint kilns and using dipping or spraying techniques, we add a distinctive visual finish to each piece produced, according to each client's requirements, in a process that demands expertise and extreme attention to detail.
SLM
Is the future complex? We are ready
SLM (Selective Laser Melting) technology is the most advanced solution for producing complex parts in a few units, and is the latest investment by Quantal, which already has three units dedicated exclusively to additive manufacturing.
Laser Metal Deposition
Layer by Layer, right up to the final idea
Our Laser Metal Deposition process allow us to shape forms on a metallic substrate, into which powder is fed. The powder melts to form a deposit that is fusion-bonded to the substrate. The required geometry is built up in this way, layer by layer.
Machining
In the end, only the essentials remain
Machining is the process in which metal is cut to the clients desired final shape and size by a controlled material-removal process. The methods that have this common theme are collectively called subtractive manufacturing, which utilizes machine tools.
